The Elgin Library Board consisting of Ruth Boyer, Glenda Klein, Deb Michels, Mary Willnow, Gloria Vaaler and Gwen Hoffman,are launching a fund raising campaign to raise $100,000 to purchase a new building to house the library’s new expanded services, purchase computers and to sustain the library for years to come.
